1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of https://zegautomation.com and to booking a free introductory call with [to be completed: LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME] (“ZEG”, “we”). Paid services are only provided under a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.
2. Booking a call
Booking a call is free and creates no obligation for either side. Please give accurate details. You can cancel or move a call by replying to the confirmation email. We may cancel a booking, for example if the details are clearly false or the slot becomes unavailable; we will then try to offer you another time. Quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
3. Website content
The content of this website (texts, design, logos) belongs to ZEG or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. Information on the site, including the self-audit and its result, is general and does not replace individual advice. Statements about time savings are estimates, not guarantees; what applies to you is set out in a written quote. The website's fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, for example by submitting automated or false bookings, trying to access non-public areas, overloading the service or interfering with its security.
5. Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for the free use of this website is excluded to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country.
6. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to. At the time of linking, no unlawful content was apparent; we remove links as soon as we become aware of a violation.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For business customers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Central) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there. In Türkiye, consumers can also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and consumer courts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms for future use of the site. The version in force on the date of your booking applies to it.
